ORLANDO, September 19, 2025 – Victor 12 has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Orlando Sentinel for the third consecutive year. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few. A total of 3,198 companies were invited and, of those only 160 were awarded with an honor. Victor 12 ranked 4th in the small business category.
