A total of 3,198 companies were invited and of those only 160 were awarded with an honor. Victor 12 ranked 11th out of 79 winners in the small business category (35-149 employees). The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measured 15 cultural drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection.
