Erin joined Victor 12 in 2016 as Program Manager for the Veterans’ Affairs Initiative 4A (IN4A) Turnkey Program Based Solution and Initiative 4B (IN4B) Career and Employee Development Training Solutions contract vehicles. She possesses 20+ years combined experience in public/private industry and military service (retired) and has served as senior account manager for a myriad of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and military services.
Erin is experienced in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of traditional, technology-based, and blended training programs and is co-author on several publications on game-based learning. She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology, a graduate degree in International Relations, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching though Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Erin earned her credentials through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and Project Management Institute (PMI), as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
