Prior Experience: John served 20+ years in the Navy service as a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and Special Operations Officer. His civilian executive experience began as an Executive with A-T Solutions Inc., a global industry leader in anti- and counterterrorism. He then became a Partner at the JIAN Group, running their M&A Government Services sector, before leading all Business Development (BD) efforts for Shoulder 2 Shoulder Inc. (S2S), a SDVOSB headquartered in Bluemont, VA. Since assuming the duties of CEO, Victor 12 has flourished, being named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing American privately held companies five times and recognized as one of the best places to work for two consecutive years.

Current Role: John serves as the CEO & President and leads Victor 12’s Business Development efforts, identifying and helping capture new business opportunities.

Fun Fact: John enjoys bird hunting with his two English Setters Josey & Piper, and he is an avid college sports fan.
