Prior Experience: Erin served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard, retiring as a Photojournalist in 2013. Before joining Victor 12, she was a Senior Account Manager, overseeing training programs for major federal agencies like the DoD, National Institute of Health, and the State Department. Upon joining Victor 12, she served as a Program Manager, leading the design and implementation of training contracts for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA, VBA, VAAA) and the New York City Department of Correction (NYC DOC).

Erin serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maximizing organizational performance.”

Current Role: Erin serves as  Chief Operations Officer (COO) overseeing all task execution and business operations for the Victor 12 organization.

Fun Fact: Erin enjoys traveling with her family, running, and is a diehard San Antonio Spurs fan.
