Prior Experience: Chad has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and has established a robust career spanning project management, website design, database, and software development. Prior to joining Victor 12, Chad led software development efforts focused on web infrastructure support within the US community banking industry and employee training for the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
Current Role: Chad serves as Project Manager for Training Support and Delivery, where he leads multiple Learning Management System (LMS) teams focused on customer success and innovative solutions. Chad’s comprehensive expertise in both technical and managerial aspects has consistently fostered long-term client relationships demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Fun Fact: Chad was a participating member of the 1996 Anglo-American Pompeii Project (AAPP) in Pompeii, Italy, whose mission was to record, understand, and preserve the ancient site and its artifacts.
