Erin joined Victor 12 in 2016 as Senior Program Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs Initiative IN4A and Initiative IN4B prime contracts. She possesses 20+ years of combined experience in public/private industry and military service (retired) and has served as senior account manager for a myriad of Fortune 500 companies, Government agencies, non-profit organizations, and military services.
Erin is experienced in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of traditional, technology-based, and blended training programs and is co-author on several publications on game-based learning. She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology, a graduate degree in International Relations, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Erin earned her credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
