Kelly joined Victor 12 in November of 2017. She serves as Victor 12’s lead system integrator manager and advisor for the Veterans Benefits Administration’s online training systems. Kelly specializes in training technologies – from development of training management websites, developer applications, and simulation-based learning to establishing secure hosted training sites and customer support teams.
Kelly supports Victor 12 customers through strategic transformation, change management, performance management, cost-benefit analyses, and technology integration activities to meet organizational goals. Additionally, she manages information security initiatives to include compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
