John joined Victor 12 in March of 2017.  He plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates Victor 12’s fiscal and contract performance. During his tenure, Victor 12 has been named two consecutive years to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing American privately held companies.

Prior to joining Victor 12, John led all Business Development (BD) efforts for Shoulder 2 Shoulder, Inc. (S2S), a Service-Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Bluemont, VA. Before joining S2S, John was a partner at the JIAN Group running their M&A Government Services sector.  Before his work with the JIAN Group, Mr. Coster was an Executive with A-T Solutions, Inc., a global industry leader in anti- and counterterrorism. As the organization’s Executive Vice President of BD and Government relations from 2003 to 2010, he was essential to the company being named four consecutive years to the Inc. 500/5000 and winning the very prestigious 2010 Greater Washington Area Government Contractor of the Year Award in the category of companies $75M-$100M.  John is a 20-year Veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Special Operations Officer and Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician.  He has more than 30 years of experience in the Government services industry and national defense.
